What do expats find most challenging?
We asked expats and digital nomads what they find the most challenging about the local culture in Gurgaon. They wrote...
"Expats in Gurgaon often find the local culture to be quite different from what they are used to. The language barrier can be a challenge, as many locals do not speak English. Additionally, the traffic and pollution can be overwhelming for those who are not used to it. The cultural norms and expectations can also be difficult to adjust to, as they are often quite different from those in other countries. Finally, the cost of living can be high, making it difficult for expats to find affordable housing and other necessities," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Gurgaon, India.
