"Healthcare services in Mondulkiri are quite limited due to its remote location and lack of infrastructure. The province has a few health centers and one referral hospital, but they are often understaffed and lack essential medical equipment and supplies. Many residents, particularly those living in rural areas, have limited access to healthcare and often have to travel long distances to receive medical treatment. Traditional medicine is commonly practiced, especially among the indigenous population. The quality of healthcare is generally poor, with high rates of maternal and child mortality. Efforts are being made by the government and non-governmental organizations to improve healthcare services in the region, but progress has been slow," wrote a member who made the move to Mondulkiri, Cambodia.
