"Yes, Playa Jaco has a variety of job opportunities. The area is a rapidly growing tourist destination and many businesses are looking for qualified staff. You can find jobs in local businesses, hotels, restaurants and many other industries. You can also find jobs in construction, teaching, health care, transportation and more," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Playa Jaco, Costa Rica.

"Tourism. Have a job before coming here or a home based business. It is a beautiful country with wonderful people. You just need to learn the culture if you are going to try to work or do business here. It's a great community for expats that are retiring, second home owners and tourists," commented one expat who made the move to Jaco, Costa Rica.
