Once you arrive in Koh Phangan, visit local cafes, restaurants, and shops, as they often have bulletin boards with rental listings. You can also ask locals and expats for recommendations on where to find housing. It's a good idea to rent a scooter or bike to explore different areas of the island and look for "For Rent" signs, as some properties may not be listed online. Another option is to visit local real estate agencies, as they can help you find a suitable place to live based on your preferences and budget. Be prepared to negotiate rental prices, as it's common in Thailand.
