Where should I setup a bank account in Mumbai?
We asked expats in Mumbai what banks they use and there advice about banking. They advised...
"There are several banks that offer services in Mumbai, including State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. To open an account you can visit the nearest bank branch or ATM to fill out the necessary forms and submit the required documents. Additionally, some of the banks may offer online account opening services," explained one expat living in Mumbai, India.
