The Red Cross also provides medical assistance and first aid services. They have a fleet of ambulances and medical personnel on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Red Cross also provides emergency medical evacuation services to nearby hospitals," wrote a member who made the move to Mal Pais, Costa Rica.
