Will I need to travel to see a specialist?

Answer this Question

When we asked members in Prague if they typically need to travel to see specialists, they replied...

"Yes, there are a good number of medical specialists in Prague. People in Prague have access to a wide range of medical specialists, including general practitioners, specialists in internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and many other fields. For highly specialized medical care, people in Prague can go to the University Hospital Motol, which is one of the largest and most advanced medical facilities in the country. The hospital has a wide range of specialists and offers a variety of treatments, including advanced surgical procedures. Additionally, there are several private clinics in Prague that offer specialized medical care," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Prague, Czechia.
