What are medical services in Tel Aviv like?
When we asked expats and global nomads about the quality of medical care in Tel Aviv, they replied...
"Tel Aviv is home to a wide range of medical services, including both public and private hospitals and clinics. The city is well-equipped with modern medical facilities and highly trained medical professionals, providing a range of services from general practice to specialized care. Tel Aviv also has a number of specialized medical centers, such as the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, which is one of the largest and most advanced medical centers in the Middle East. Additionally, the city is home to a number of research institutes and universities, which provide a range of medical services and research opportunities," said a member in Tel Aviv, Israel.
"The system is difficult to manage if something is wrong. Wait times for appointments are ridiculous. I'm a citizen, so it's not expat care, it's the Israeli socialized medicine," remarked another expat who made the move to Tel Aviv, Israel.
