We asked members about local medical facilities in Santiago, they wrote...

"Santiago has a wide range of medical facilities and medical care available. The public health system is well-developed and provides free or low-cost medical care to citizens and residents. Private hospitals and clinics are also available, offering a higher standard of care and more specialized services. The city is home to several world-class medical centers, including the Clínica Las Condes, the Centro Médico de la Universidad de Chile, and the Clínica Alemana. In addition, Santiago has a number of pharmacies and medical supply stores, as well as a number of medical research centers," remarked another expat in Santiago, Chile.
