The city is home to numerous hospitals and clinics including the University Hospital of Strasbourg, the Center of Excellence for Assisted Reproductive Technologies and the Nuclear Medicine Institute. The city is also home to numerous medical specialties, including dermatology, urology, gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology and others. Patients in need of medical care can also access general practitioners and specialists, many of whom work in English. In addition to traditional medical care, Strasbourg public health also offers preventative care such as vaccinations, regular check-ups and screenings, and nutrition counseling," explained one expat living in Strasbourg, France.
