Once the application is approved, the applicant must travel to Costa Rica and submit additional documents to the immigration office in Quepos. The applicant must also provide proof of financial stability and a valid health insurance policy. After the application is approved, the applicant will receive a residency card," wrote a member who made the move to Quepos, Costa Rica.
