In order to obtain residency in Quepos, Costa Rica, applicants must submit an application form, a valid passport, a police record, a medical certificate, and a fee to the Costa Rican consulate or embassy in the applicant's home country. Once the application is approved, the applicant must travel to Costa Rica and submit additional documents to the immigration office in Quepos. The applicant must also provide proof of financial stability and a valid health insurance policy. After the application is approved, the applicant will receive a residency card," wrote a member who made the move to Quepos, Costa Rica.
