When we asked people about industries and career opportunities in China, they reponded...

"Foreigners in China often work in teaching, hospitality, or professional services, such as consulting and business development. They may also work in the fields of finance, software engineering, healthcare, and engineering. With the right skills and training, foreigners can even find roles as lawyers, financial advisers, and public relations representatives," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to China.

"There is a lot of clothing manufacturing, but most of my students are working in the auto industry. Most working for foreign/Chinese Government partnership companies, including Cummings and Peugot. In the area near my school it is almost entirely clothing shops, including many famous international brands such as Kappa, Addidas, Nike, and Playboy," commented one expat who made the move to Xiangfan, China.
