"PAIS is by far your best choice in Paraguay. The headmaster has a PhD in education, the classes are in English, the kids are from at least 20 countries, almost all graduates go to the school of their choice (anywhere in the world) and most repatriates are bored due to being more advanced," commented one expat when asked about Pan American International School in Asuncion.

"The American School of Asuncion (ASA) is one of the best international schools in Paraguay. It is a private, non-profit, co-educational day school offering an American-style education from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Paraguayan Ministry of Education. ASA offers a rigorous academic program with a strong emphasis on English language instruction, as well as Spanish and French language classes. The school also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, music, and art. The International School of Paraguay (ISP) is another excellent international school in Paraguay.
