We asked people living in Trinidad & Tobago to list three things they wish they had brought and three they wish they had left behind. They responded...

"When moving to Trinidad & Tobago, it is important to pack items that will help you adjust to the climate and culture. Bring lightweight, breathable clothing that is suitable for the tropical climate. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are also essential for protecting yourself from the sun. Additionally, it is important to bring items that will help you adjust to the culture, such as comfortable shoes for walking and exploring, and a few items of clothing that are appropriate for the local customs. Don't forget to bring any necessary medications, as well as any important documents," explained one expat living in Trinidad & Tobago.
