We asked expats how they chose their neighborhood and found a place to live. They answered...

"In order to find a place to live in Morocco, you can start by searching online for property listings, such as on websites like Airbnb or housing websites including Officity or Jumia House. Renting or buying property in Morocco usually requires a resident permit, so it is important to check with the local municipality to see what is required. You can also use online classified and discussion forums, such as Jebelbreeze or Expat-blog, to ask members for advice or recommendations on property and the local housing situation. Additionally, talking to local real estate agents and checking property listings in local newspapers can also be helpful for finding a place to live in Morocco," said another expat in Morocco.

"I had bought a small villa in 2000 the neighbohood is nice but quiet far from the center the city," wrote a member who made the move to Mohammedia , Morocco.
