Many expats choose to live in villas or townhouses, which offer more space and privacy than apartments. Expat homes and apartments are often located in gated communities, providing a safe and secure environment. Many expats also enjoy the convenience of living close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other amenities," remarked another expat in UAE.
