"The cost of housing in Korea varies depending on the location and type of housing. Generally, housing in Korea is relatively affordable compared to other countries, with the average cost of rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Seoul ranging from around $500 to $1,500 per month. Outside of Seoul, the cost of rent is usually lower, with one-bedroom apartments typically costing between $300 and $800 per month," remarked another expat in Korea.
