What have your experiences during the pandemic with the local healthcare system been like?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats and global nomads in Romania about their experiences during the pandemic with the local healthcare system, they replied...

"The pandemic has had a significant impact on the healthcare system in Romania. The government has implemented strict measures to contain the spread of the virus, including the closure of non-essential services and the introduction of a nationwide lockdown. Healthcare workers have been working tirelessly to provide care to those affected by the virus, often under difficult circumstances. The government has also provided additional funding to the healthcare system to help cope with the increased demand for services. Despite these efforts, the healthcare system has been stretched to its limits, with long waiting times for appointments and a shortage of medical supplies," remarked another expat in Romania.
