"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Luxembourg. Non-residents of Luxembourg are allowed to purchase property in the country, however they must obtain a permit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before doing so. The permit is usually granted if the buyer can prove that they have sufficient financial resources to purchase the property and that they have a valid reason for wanting to purchase it. Additionally, non-residents must also pay a registration fee and a tax on the purchase of the property," said a member in Luxembourg.
