"One of Mexico's most beloved restaurants is Pujol, located in Mexico City. Pujol is renowned for its modern Mexican cuisine, which is prepared with traditional ingredients and techniques. The restaurant has been praised for its creative dishes, which are often served with a side of Mexican culture. Another popular restaurant in Mexico is El Bajio, located in Guadalajara. El Bajio is known for its traditional Mexican dishes, such as tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. The restaurant also offers a variety of regional specialties, such as mole poblano and chiles en nogada. In addition, El Bajio is known for its lively atmosphere and friendly staff.
