Doctors and nurses are highly trained and experienced, and the quality of care is generally good. The country also has a number of modern hospitals and clinics, equipped with the latest medical technology. In addition, the cost of medical care in Russia is generally lower than in many other countries," commented one expat who made the move to Russia.
