The role of Integrated Supply Site Support encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Our On-Site Support is required to manage daily tasks that include:

- Packaging parts

- Stocking shelves

- Stocking parts bins

- Stocking vending machines

- Delivering orders to customer

- Taking orders from customer

- Some client interaction

- Vending System Maintenance

The Support position requires a highly motivated individual that works well as part of a team with little supervision. As a representative of Reliance Supply, an uncompromising level of integrity and character is a must. Our client has signed a multi-year agreement for Reliance Supply to manage internal processes revolving around inventory management and distribution of the necessary supplies for the client to maintain its facilities and equipment used for production. Support will respond to daily customer product needs as well as handle order fulfillment and stocking inventory in bins, on shelves, and at Point of Use industrial vending systems. There are some items that will also need to be packaged for the customer such as gloves that go into a vending machine.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Must be able to read, write, and speak perfectly in English and Spanish

Customer Service Experience

Inventory Management Experience

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Windows 2007, 2010

Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly

Must have transportation to and from airport.
Responsibilities:

Run daily reports to restock industrial vending equipment. Pick product. Fill vending equipment. Keep inventory levels between min and max. Purchase inventory. Stock shelves. Package product for vending. Respond to customer requests. Process customer requests.
