Education Consultant (English Speaking) Shanghai

Holland Park Education are looking for an Education Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team in China. With offices in London, Dubai & Shanghai, Holland Park Education provides educational support across the globe.

A small and dynamic team in Shanghai is reinforced by the London office, as well as over 350 expert private tutors, offering our clients the best tuition and support throughout the entire school and university process.

This role will cover, but not be limited to, the below: Consultation

Introducing and marketing the UK boarding school system to Chinese families

Assisting and guiding families throughout the application process to UK boarding schools

Ensuring impeccable levels of service and high levels of client satisfaction

Supporting children through the application process to top schools and universities in the UK

Supporting international colleagues throughout the consulting process

Helping to organise and take part in week-long education roadshows and being on the ground for face to face marketing efforts

Sales Administration Providing administrative support and solutions to client queries

Ensuring service is managed and delivered to clients in a timely manner

Liaising with the CEO, Operation Director, and partners in China, and the team in London

The establishing and managing of client files: ensuring that all necessary and appropriate databases, records, and documentation are maintained and held in a safe and secure manner

Qualifications:

Essential

- British university graduate

- Language: native English speaker

- Have an understanding of the private education landscape in the UK

- Ability to work under strict deadlines

- Excellent time-management skills

- Strong communications skills

Desirable

A good level of written and spoken Chinese would be a bonus otherwise Mandarin lessons will be provided
