Technical Support – Dutch

Technical Support Analyst (Dutch)

Your Responsibilities:

- Responding to clients via phone, call handling systems or email

- Resolving IT problems remotely using relevant tools and systems or by dispatching for onsite support

- Providing regular updates to customers on call status

- Documenting and following process through tickets systems

Requirements:

- Customer oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated person with deep interest in technology

- Written and oral fluency in Dutch and English

- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or Irish Stamp 4 visa)

- Working experience in a technical support or customer service (desirable)

We offer:

- Full training and valuable experience in stimulative business environment

- Building skills in customer service, IT troubleshooting, problem solving, teamwork, coaching, and mentoring

Pay and Benefits:

- €26,500 per year through permanent full-time contract with CPL Integrated Services

- Relocation package (up to €2,000 for flights and temporary accommodation)
