The Digital Testing & QA is responsible for all quality testing and remediation for our websites, digital applications, and digital assets. This role will manage the ongoing monitoring, detection, reporting and resolution of errors.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a tester working in a fast pace setting with tight deadlines and be able to facilitate the discovery, documentation, and communication of software issues clearly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital related field: a Master’s Degree in Marketing or Digital related field is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language.

Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills. Excellent ability to apply technical expertise, special knowledge, maturity and judgment to business issues and, as a result, improve compaany's and/or team performance.

Demonstrated knowledge of web application testing, SDLC and testing best practices

Working knowledge of

Selenium or other automated testing frameworks is desired

Familiarity with JIRA or similar bug tracking software

Experience writing Test Plans, creating Test Cases, executing manual and automated tests

Understanding of APIs, XML, and JSON

Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) and working knowledge of common application software.

Experience

Two (2) years or more in agile development methodologies

Proven experience in Google Analytics and A/B Testing /

Multivariable testing tools. Experience with Python or R.

Responsibilities:

Test and made quality analysis of web software and apps across desktop browsers, Android, and iOS platforms.

Create, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases for multiple microsites 7 ecommerce sites and applications using a variety of tools such as mobile and tablet devices, emulators, etc.

Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.

Test product new features and enhancements on various browser, physical devices and device emulators.

Develop standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness.

Own the QA processes from story creation to software deployment.

Support on the business development areas (Presentations, best practices, etc) and others related projects as needed.
