Welcome to those who are seeking an integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to bring holistic & evidence-based practices along with empathy and understanding to those who are seeking support. Having worked in several corporate settings, I understand the challenges many professionals face and empathize with their unique set of stressors. I also understand that confidentiality is of the utmost importance and offer to provide ultimate discretion, anonymity, and service. Therapy services include in-person and telehealth sessions and ongoing preventive care.
My specialties include working with professional adults for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I hold two master's degrees and am double board-certified. Have worked in the United States and Singapore in corporate settings, with placements at Yale-NUS University, HCA & Wellspan Hospital, and Behavioral Health services in AZ with native americans.
