The blog follows the story of MamaB, a mother of 5 and serial expat. Parting ways with her husband of 18yrs as he takes up a post in Nigeria, she moves with 4 kids, 2 dogs and lots of baggage in tow, from the desert of Arabia to the hills of Grasse. Renovating as she goes her 1970's stone villa, picking up bargains at the local markets, settling into a new life and trying to pick up the language she blogs about her experiences, the joys and the heartaches.
