Award-winning journalist Chris Taylor's love of Indonesia began with Canada World Youth, Canada's version of the Peace Corps, for which he spent four months in rural Sumatra doing development work. Since then he's travelled to Java, Bali, Lombok, Sulawesi, and more. Now he's sharing his love for the country in a new blog, Everything Indonesia, to educate Americans about the fifth-most-populous nation on earth. Taylor has been publiched in the Financial Times, Fortune, Money, Best Life, GQ, Esquire, and SmartMoney. He has won awards from the National Press Club, the Deadline Club and the National Association of Real Estate Editors. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and son.
