'micro farms' question

Hello! I have read on some CR sites about small microfarms, where you can buy a small property with a choice of 3 small teakwood homes for a reasonable price. I have tried to contact these 'microfarm' sites, & have never gotten a reply. Does anyone know about these small homes and parcels that are rather self-sustaining? It sounds ideal.
