I should also have mentioned, our plan is to invest $200K in a property that would be a mixed residential/workshop so that my husband could legally do the work himself as an Inversionista. Please let me know though if our understanding of the legality of this is wrong; we intend to work with a CR residency-related lawyer when we get to that stage, but first are researching whether we have a viable business plan. thanks!
