I have a wonderful large piece of land in Cayambe which is about halfway between Quito and Cotacachi. About 25 min. from where they are constructing the new airport in Tababela. It is a wonderful lot with Eucalyptus trees on the top end of the lot. I have built a wall with 2 sliding door entrances and a small 2 room little studio home that is not finished in the front. The house is built but not yet finished. I am putting it up for sale and am asking $31,000 for it. 7560 meters is very large and it has natural glacier runoff water flowing right through the land to use as water for farming, plants etc. My idea was to open a school there but due to money constraints and a daughter looking to study medicine here in Houston I am being forced to abandon this dream. The lot is big enough for between 6-12 houses to be built on it or for the person that wants to have animals, a farm type area, botanical garden , a school etc. It is 2 miles from the town of Cayambe and is on the road to the Volcano Cayambe.
