Help from Artists - Mail Order Artist Supplies

Hello,

Can anyone help us? We live in France a good portion of the year and have not been able to identify mail order art supplies. We are specifically looking for water color paint, pastels and art paper for the same. It is expensive to try to ship these items from US sources. Any ideas are appreciated.
