English pals/ groups in Perpignan

My sister in English (in mid 50s) and has lived and worked in Perpignan for many years. She would like to meet up with any English people either to join in any activities or social groups (walks/ outings).

She speaks fluent French (useful), is a remarkable cook and is looking for new friends...she is fairly outgoing and is very knowledgeble about the area.

Any ideas/information I could pass on to her...? Let me know.
