Which city has the affordable multi cultural schools in Germany?

which city in Germany has the most affordable multi- cultural schools? Berlin or Frankfurt or...are there NONE? Holland has The Anne Frank School in Amsterdam and The Hague and it's very reasonable and the teachers are understanding and they work very well with the parent and the language barrier...unfortunately,my age does not permit me to work there *i'm over 47
This barrier for employment does not exist in Germany(from what I have researched) but the children (ages 12 and 15) need education...*Anyone have ANY* info on this? Thanks
