Looking to retire in Subic

My wife and I are looking to retire in the Subic Freeport zone in a little lest than 2 years and I'm wondering if our retirement income will be enough to live a comfortable lifestyle. Our retirement income will be in the area of $4500 a month but we would like to rent a secure home and have enough money to live comfortably and maybe travel a little bit, is this enough to live comfortably in Subic?
