Filipino family life

After living in our PH neighborhood for 3 years, the peaceful squatters across the lane were thrown out and a four-plex rental was built. The older Filipina wife of the Japanese owner made her young Filipino lover the caretaker. She bought him a tricycle. He does shabu (meth) most nights with various bar women and blasts Filipino music into the night which is tolerated by my neighbors. No one will rent there. Why are there so many young Filipino men just wanting to be studs without contributing a peso in child support? Some filipina's wait for the marriage, but many have several children with different men. Often these Filipina's drop the kids on their parents taking jobs in other countries. No such thing as a paternity suit here. The preference is to not practice birth control, but not because of the Catholic Church. No wonder there is almost 130 mil Filipono's.
