Need help

Hello all, I am 19 year old from Louisville, KY. I decided I wanted out of the rat race in the US and am considering moving to Panama. I speak Spanish.(not fluently but close) I was thinking Panama City since I am a young adult and would like the night life but is renting an apartment or house there easy? Also I would not have a car so I would like a place where you can get to most things by biking or walking. Also I need help on the Visa process. Thanks for the help.
