Moving to Innsbruck

I'll be moving to Innsbruck , Austria with my fiance this September. I have dual citizenship (US+EU) so i won't have any trouble staying there. She is a US citizen however.
Does anyone know what we can do for her visa?
Also, any information about housing in Innsbruck would be greatly appreciated.
