Repatriation to the UK

Hi,

Me and my husband are now living for a year in Graz and were having a good time here after our retirement. Sadly enough my husband is getting very sick and we want to go back to the UK and our family. My husband is bedridden so we can't go back by car/train. My question: are there any medical escort services we could use to get back to the UK?
