Living in Bimini

I'm thinking about relocating to Bimini from the US. I would like to hear from anyone living in Bimini or anyone that knows the island well. A few questions...
What is the availability and selection of groceries in Bimini? Beef, fruit and veggies, milk, personal health care like tooth paste shampoo, over the counter medicine etc...
From what I can tell Bimini Bay in North Bimini has no full-time residents. Is it a ghost town in thw winter?
It seems like Bimini has a very low crime rate?
Are their any barbers and styling salon for my wife?
Dental care and medical care availability? Thank you so much for your help!
