need advice.. moving from Toronto to Bermuda

I work in a financial firm in downtown core as an Operations Analyst in Toronto Canada. The condo that I own is only 10 min walk from my company. Right now, Ive gotten an offer from a small investment firm in Bermuda for the same title. The salary is BD$65K. Neither housing allowances, nor a couple of flights home per year is offered. Im wondering if its worth to go there. Can anyone give me some advice?
