Considering moving to Bermuda

Hi
My husband has a job offer in Bermuda. We visited the island and I found it to be nice.
I am concerned that I will be bored as I am pretty active here in Toronto, Canada. Also, my second concern is the cost of living, what is needed as an average salary for a couple to live in Bermuda and have a good social life, example going out to dinner, seeing shows etc. Lastly, I read a lot about they way expats are treated and the relationship between Black and White Bermudians is not all that good. Is there any truth to this?
