Azoreano seeking work

I am an expat living in Bermuda with a sister in law from Azores, who is really keen on moving to Bermuda. She has a diploma in Secretarial work. I would love any advice or help on me helping her to fulfill her dreams of coming here. She would be living with my husband and I so no issues there. But getting her here is a challenge she does speak english as well.
