Work offer in Bermuda-Is it worth?

Hi Everyone!

I am offered a job of Lead engineer in Bermuda.I have a daughter of 6 months old.The company is offering me 120K USD per annum all inclusive and airfare for my family. But 50% of insurance need to be paid by me.

1. Can any one tell me if it is affordable in Bermuda?
2. How much will be duducted from my salry in terms of direct or indirect tax?
3. How is the work culture in Bermuda?
4. Can i can get Hala Muslim food?
5.Is there any racism problem?
6. How about local crime?

PLease help me so that I can firm up my decision?
