School recommendation in Ottawa

Hello everyone,
First happy new year ??
My family and I just got our Canadian visas and are hoping to move by summer to Ottawa
I am looking at schools to register my 7 years old next year.
I have read about the fraser institute but to be honest I am not sure which school to pick
While academic results are important I would also like to have people personal opinion on the school
I had found a school that seemed good but then read the reviews and people said they had a terrible experience with bullying etc...
That's why I am coming here for advice
Basically I am looking for a good public school, ideally with French and English that focuses on the pupils and makes sure nobody is left behind struggling
Any recommendation is much appreciated
