Dogs in Chile?

I'm moving to the Vina del Mar/Renaca/Concon area in two months. I would like to bring my labrador with me. I read on the cats post that apartments allow small pets, but what about a 95 pound dog? Does anyone have a dog or know someone with a dog? I haven't gotten many responses from the apartments I've emailed so far. Thanks for any help.
