Antofagasta info request

Hi: I am being assigned to a posting in Anafogosto in a few months. Want to see if anyone can help out with some questions.

I have a 3 year old daughter that will be accompanying me (her mother has to stay in the States for a year or so until she can join us).

First, I wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions for finding a reputable daycare/preschool, as well as a nanny.

Second, how the housing situation? I understand that there is a shortage there. Any recommendations for realtors, or where to start?

My Spanish is limited - know some, but have a long way to go. Am trying to learn quickly...
