I'm a skilled engineer working as embedded systems designer (hardware and software). I would like to know if it is difficult for such an individual to get freelancing permit in Chile. I target for permanent stay in Chile and currently I can stay there for 90 days on tourist visa only.
Currently I live in EU which I want to flee in 1-2 years. I need time for funds + new language and some planning.
