Hi - I will be coming to Santiago (La Dehesa/Lo Barnechea) from May to July with my husband and 2 young daughters. It's just a short cultural experinece that we wanted our family to have. I would love some advice! Here are my current issues:
- Anyone know of someplace (ideally in La Dehesa) where my first grader could study for a couple of months? She won't be missing much school back in the U.S., but I'd love for her to be in school somewhere mostly to be exposed to the language. I checked with the U.S. schools and they aren't geared up to take a new student for a couple months. Any other ideas of something academic for her to do?!
- I'm also wondering about Spanish classes/lessons for one or both of my daughters (if I can't get them into a school) and for my husband. Again, since we will be living in Lo Barnechea, I'd love to find something in that area.
