International Bank Accounts

Hi, my partner and I will be moving to Chile soon. We both have dual citizenship (US and Chilean). She is already there, found a job and I am in North Carolina for at least another 6 months. As I start to sell things off here, I need to transfer money to her in Chile. Is there any way to avoid the high transfer fees charged by the US banks and then fees by receiving banks in Chile? For example, can we open an account with a bank that has branches in both countries like Chase and avoid these fees? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Antonio
